Grape Variety:

give to this wine a fruity & floral character. Its freshness is
given by the acidity of the Ugni Blanc.
Vinification:
A short period of " skin contact"
is practiced, leaving the juice and crushed grapes in a stainless
steel fermentation vats, at regulated temperature to allow flavor
pick - up from the skins and to avoid oxidation.The malo is not
requested.
Aging:
This white wine improves naturally in the vats for the winter that
follows the harvest.Before the weather warms up, the wine is filtered,
racked and sulfured.
Matching
Food:
The sea's most faithful companion, this golden
white accompanies Perfectly well seafood, fish as well as shellfish.
Preservation:
It is to be consumed within three years that follow the harvest.
